报告小儿自家免疫性溶血性贫血23例,男15例,女8例。年龄3天～13岁。原发性11例,继发性12例,其中药物引起5例、系统性红斑狼疮1例、合并原发性血小板减少性紫癜5例,急性传染性肝炎引起1例。属温抗体型21例,冷抗体型2例(冷凝集素、冷溶血素各1例)。21例用激素、其中2例配合长春新碱或环磷酰胺治疗,痊愈20例,死亡1例。冷抗体型2例经对症处理好转。
Reported in children with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in 23 cases, 15 males and 8 females. Age 3 days to 13 years old. Eleven cases were primary and 12 cases were secondary, including 5 cases caused by drug, 1 case with systemic lupus erythematosus, 5 cases with primary thrombocytopenic purpura and 1 case caused by acute infectious hepatitis. Is a warm antibody type in 21 cases, cold antibody in 2 cases (cold agglutinin, cold hemolysin in 1 case). 21 cases with hormones, of which 2 cases with vincristine or cyclophosphamide treatment, cured 20 cases, 1 died. Cold antibody 2 cases improved by symptomatic treatment.
