上海农科院园艺所利用抗病育种手段,于1979~1983年育出优质抗病(TuMV)的青菜新品种“矮抗青”,现将该品种的育成及推广情况陈述如下。一、选育过程及良种繁育程序 1975~1977年收集上海菜区主要青菜地方品种500余份材料,进行小区观察,根据自然发病率、经济性状及产品综合评价进行选择,并同时对每个品种材料内感病植株取样分离鉴定所感染的病毒种类,选择原始材料。“矮抗青”(E78—04)是以虹五许东矮箕为原始材料,1975年进行自交,其后代又自交多代,每代均进行室内人工苗期接种病毒(TuMV),以及自然诱发抗性鉴定,筛选而获得的。
