【目的】探讨中国传统练功养生方法的关键点与效应。【方法】总结近几年关于练功养生的文献报道,并进行分析研究。【结果】诸多研究显示,不同的练功养生方法都有共同的特点,即肢体牵拉、调和呼吸、冥想神游;其养生效应也体现在这三个方面。【结论】无论采取何种练功养生方法,只要注意牵拉、呼吸和调神三结合,即可收到满意的养生效果。对当前的养生热具有简便效验的指导意义。
【Objective】 To explore the key points and effects of Chinese traditional practice method. 【Methods】 Summarize the literatures on practicing and recuperating health in recent years, and carry on the analysis and research. 【Result】 Many studies have shown that different methods of practicing health have common features, namely, pulling, breathing and meditation; their health effects are also reflected in these three aspects. 【Conclusion】 No matter what kind of practicing method of health maintenance, as long as attention to traction, breathing and adjusting the combination of God, you can receive satisfactory health effects. The current hot and convenient health has a simple and effective guidance.
