179摩天轮高179m,轮缘直径170m,建成后将成为世界最高的摩天轮。179摩天轮采用刚性轮辐(刚性桁架硬支臂)与钢索混合结构形式。大型摩天轮的安装方案与摩天轮的结构设计密切相关,因此,在结构设计阶段就必须制订合理的安装方案。179摩天轮采用立面旋转安装法安装,并对8个施工步独立静止状态进行有限元分析。借助有限元软件ANSYS来模拟分析计算硬支臂和轮缘安装后不同安装位置静止情况下的等效应力、挠度、结构屈曲,由计算结果可知,不同安装位置摩天轮的结构安全可靠。

The installation plan of the large Ferris wheel is closely related to the structural design of the Ferris wheel. Therefore, a reasonable installation plan must be formulated during the structural design stage. The 179 Ferris wheel was installed by the method of vertical rotation installation, and finite element analysis was carried out on the 8 static steps of the construction steps. The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze the equivalent stress, deflection and structural buckling under static conditions of different mounting positions of the hard arm and the wheel flange. The calculation results show that the structure of the wheel is safe and reliable.
