目的:研究醉鱼草果实黄酮类化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱手段进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从醉鱼草果实中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:木犀草素(1)、小麦黄素(2)、金合欢素(3)、金合欢素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、蒙花苷(5)。结论:其中,化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3~5为首次从醉鱼草果实中分离得到。
Objective: To study the flavonoids in the fruit of Buddleja. Methods: Silica gel, RP-18, Sephadex LH-20 and other column chromatography were used to separate compounds. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Five flavonoids were isolated from the fruits of Buddleja, identified as luteolin (1), wheat flavin (2), acacetin (3), acacetin-7-O-β -D-glucoside (4), monatin (5). Conclusion: Among them, compound 2 was isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 3 to 5 were isolated from the fruit of jujube for the first time.
