目的 观察丹皮酚 ( Pae)对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用.方法 利用体外细胞培养技术 ,用人高脂血清造成平滑肌细胞 ( SMC)增殖的模型 ,并通过 MTT测定、细胞计数及透射电镜下的细胞超微结构的观察等方法 ,观察丹皮酚对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的保护作用.结果 人高脂血清可明显刺激大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖并引起其表型的改变 ,而 Pae可呈浓度依赖性地抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖并可显著抑制高脂血清对 SMC的促增殖作用.结论 Pae抗动脉粥样硬化的作用可能与抑制 SMC异常增殖作用有关.“,”Objective To investigate effect of paeonol (Pae) on proliferation of cultured smooth muscle cells from rats by hyperlipidemia. Methods The cell culture technique in vitro was used to investigate the protective effect of paeonol on the cultured aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) from rats by measuring MTT and cell numbers and observing cell ultra structure under TEM. Results The results indicated that the hyperlipidemia caused the proliferation of smooth muscle cells. The Pae can inhibit the proliferation of SMC dose-dependently and can inhibit the proliferation of SMC stimulated by hyperlipidemia significantly. Conclusions The Pae may prevent atherosclerosis and inhibit progression of the atheroslerotic lesions by interfering with the proliferation of arterial SMC.
