探索了应用机械合金化(MA)方法制备非晶态 Ti_(1-x)Cu(x=0.35,0.50,0.65)合金粉末的工艺,并用 X 射线衍射、扫描电镜等研究手段对 MA 非晶态合金的形成机理进行了讨论,认为MA 非晶态 Ti-Cu 合金粉末的形成可归因于机械挤压和发生在晶态 Ti、Cu 洁净表面的固态互扩散反应。
The process of preparing amorphous Ti 1-x Cu (x = 0.35,0.50,0.65) alloy powder by mechanical alloying (MA) was explored. The amorphous state of MA was studied by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope The formation mechanism of MA is discussed. The formation of MA amorphous Ti-Cu alloy powder is believed to be due to the mechanical extrusion and the solid-state interdiffusion reaction on the clean surface of crystalline Ti and Cu.
