用一定浓度的 SA溶液喷布黄瓜幼苗 ,结果表明 :SA可显著提高黄瓜幼苗的壮苗指数 ,促进壮苗的形成 ,SA的最佳浓度为 2 50 mg· L- 1。同时 ,当低温胁迫时 ,2 50 mg· L- 1的SA可显著提高黄瓜幼苗叶片细胞膜的稳定性 ,抑制叶片中 MDA的累积。
The results showed that SA could significantly increase the seedling index of cucumber seedlings and promote the formation of strong seedlings. The optimum concentration of SA was 250 mg · L -1. At the same time, when low temperature stress, SA at 2 50 mg · L -1 could significantly improve the stability of cell membrane in cucumber seedling leaves and inhibit the accumulation of MDA in leaves.
