测定了H13 钢的临界点和退火用TTT曲线,研究了热处理工艺对H13 组织和性能的影响,试验结果表明,H13 钢在840 ~860 ℃退火,软化效果最好,在1 020 ~1 040 ℃加热淬火,580 ~600 ℃回火,可满足热作模具钢的硬度要求。
The critical point of H13 steel and the TTT curve for annealing were measured. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of H13 was studied. The results showed that the H13 steel annealed at 840-860 ℃ had the best softening effect at 1 020 ~ 1 040 ℃ Heating quenching, tempering 580 ~ 600 ℃, to meet the hot work die steel hardness requirements.
