目的采用三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法(ATP-TCA)对胃癌组织标本进行肿瘤药敏检测,为胃癌的个体化化疗选择提供依据。方法42例胃癌新鲜标本行肿瘤细胞分离,原代培养后用ATP-TCA技术对5种6组化疗药物进行检测。结果所有标本均顺利完成检测,可评估率为100%。不同胃癌患者对同一种化疗药物的敏感度显著不同,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);不同胃癌患者对不同药物的敏感程度也不同,差异亦有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ATP-TCA可为胃癌的临床个体化化疗提供重要的指导作用。
Objective To detect adenosine triphosphate (TAA) sensitivity in gastric cancer tissue by adenosine triphosphate biofluorescence assay (ATP-TCA), and to provide a basis for individual chemotherapy selection of gastric cancer. Methods Twenty-four fresh gastric cancer specimens were isolated from tumor cells. Five primary chemotherapeutic agents were tested by ATP-TCA after primary culture. Results All specimens were successfully tested, assessable rate was 100%. The sensitivity of different gastric cancer patients to the same chemotherapeutic drug was significantly different (P <0.01). The sensitivity of different gastric cancer patients to different drugs was also different, and the difference was also statistically significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion ATP-TCA can provide an important guideline for clinical individualized chemotherapy of gastric cancer.
