我们承担国家“七五”攻关课题“研究低硒和共他致病因素在克山病发生中的作用”以来,取得了一些有意义的新进展。实验证明硒和维生素E的共同缺乏可能足引起克山病的基本原因,两者的缺乏除可引起心肌一系列代谢障碍外,还可引起肝脏原发性损伤,使肝脏之5’-脱单碘酶之活性明显下降导致甲状腺调节心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的能力下降,使心肌对缺氧性损伤的耐受力降低。同时还发现在克山病尸检例中胰腺萎缩的检出率较高,而胰腺萎缩可进一步加重营养缺乏促进心肌坏死病变发生。最近的研究进一步发
