评量在图书馆DRS服务创新活动的开展和实施中扮演着越来越重要的角色,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章针对图书馆DRS团队成员知识共享交互过程、咨询馆员与用户互动过程之评量逐一剖析,提出图书馆DRS未来发展需要考虑图书馆DRS团队成员内部氛围及咨询馆员与用户交互的外部环境良性互动,建立健全以“用户为中心”的管理创新制度,实现整个图书馆DRS的效益最大化。
Evaluation plays an increasingly important role in the development and implementation of library DRS service innovation activities, playing an increasingly important role.
