为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记提出的“带动三亿人参与冰雪运动”的号召,2016年12月10日,“全国群众冬季运动推广普及系列活动”暨黑龙江“赏冰乐雪”系列活动启动仪式在黑龙江冰上训练基地举行,由此拉开了黑龙江省乃至全国冰雪活动的大幕。黑龙江省委副书记、省长陆昊出席启动仪式,国家体育总局副局长高志丹出席并讲话,黑龙江省副省长孙东生致欢迎辞,全国政协科教文卫体委员会副主任、中国奥委会副主席、中国滑雪协会主席段世杰宣布活动启动。
