为了研究碰摩转子的非线性动力学行为,建立了多圆盘碰摩转子系统的实验台,并且设计了一种可以模拟整周碰摩的机构。观察碰摩转子在不同条件下的振动情况,同时利用波形图、频谱图、轴心轨迹图和Poincare图等工具分析了系统在碰摩发生后的非线性响应和分岔特性,并通过改变转速来研究转子系统的碰摩发展变化。结果表明:当转子发生碰摩时,系统会激发出高倍频和分数倍频,在系统发生严重碰摩时还会出现混沌现象。
In order to study the nonlinear dynamic behavior of rub-impact rotors, a multi-disk rub-impact rotor system test bench was set up and a mechanism that could simulate whole-day rubbing was designed.
