各市、地劳动局,省直有关部门:为了促进现代企业制度的建立,使经营者工资收入管理制度化、规范化,充分调动经营者和广大职工的积极性,现对国有企业经营者工资收入管理提出以下意见,请严格遵照执行。一、国有企业经营者及领导班子成员的工资收入兑现以及晋级增加工资要按规定严格履行审批手续。在新的管理办法出台以前,经营者工资审批、兑现仍执行省劳动局、省经委《关于转发劳动部、国务院经贸办〈关于改进完善全民所有制企业经营者收入分配办法的意见〉的通知》(鲁劳发[1993]46号)和省劳动厅、省经委《关于转发劳动部、国家经贸委〈关于加强国有企业经营者工资收入和工资总额管理的通知〉的通知》(鲁劳发[1994]228号)的规定。企业主管部门要加强对经营者实绩的考核,提出兑现工资收入的主导意见,报同级劳动部门审核同意后,再按管理权限审批。
