在微机应用领域中,如何最大限度地发挥微机的功能,提高产品或系统的性能,降低成本,是微机能否得到推广的关键。最近我们在研制“微型机控制交变温湿试验箱”的产品中,采用了一种完全不同于以往的控制方法。使控制精度达到了目前日本同类产品的最高指标。交变温湿试验箱是按给定温湿度进行控制。控制曲线如图1所示。温度由低温恒温、高温恒温、上升和下降四个阶段组成,控制范围20℃~70℃,湿度控制范围70%~99%。国际标准(英国标准)规定:恒温恒湿阶段:
