目的:对四川省30家大中型综合医院放疗科(中心)工作环境辐射剂量进行调查,评价四川地区医疗机构放疗工作场所环境辐射防护水平。方法:通过采用高灵敏LiF(Mg,Cu,P)TLD(热释光剂量计)对各中心放射治疗机房外墙、控制室、候诊厅等工作区域进行为期60天连续的累积剂量监测,并将所得结果和有关部门公布的调查结果进行比较。结果:四川省医疗机构放疗工作场地、候诊环境及办公区域环境的年辐射剂量水平分别为1.34mSv、0.86mSv、1.03mSv。结论:四川省放疗中心工作场所环境辐射剂量水平均在安全范围以内。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the radiation dose of the radiotherapy department (center) in 30 large and medium-sized general hospitals in Sichuan Province and evaluate the radiation protection level in the radiotherapy work place of medical institutions in Sichuan Province. Methods: Continuous 60-day cumulative dose monitoring was performed on the work area such as exterior wall, control room and waiting room of central radiotherapy room by using highly sensitive LiF (Mg, Cu, P) TLD The results obtained and the department announced the survey results were compared. Results: The annual radiation dose levels of the radiotherapy work place, waiting environment and office area in medical institutions in Sichuan Province were 1.34mSv, 0.86mSv and 1.03mSv respectively. Conclusion: The radiation dose in the workplace of the radiotherapy center in Sichuan Province is within the safe range.
