Internet和任何其他产业一样,也有着自己的“生态链”,那就是:网络基础设施(中国电信)——Internet接入(ISP)——门户和内容(ICP)——Internet应用(电子商务,包括网上交易、网上拍卖等)。只有当“链条”上的各个环节部健康发展了,整个生态链才会越长越“粗”,茁壮成长。可是,令人失望的是,不知是有意还是无意,这一两年来,中国的ICP和电子商务这两个“生态环”受到了人们的大力追捧,而作为生态链底层的ISP却处在被人遗忘的角落。
