本文介绍了余热处理钢筋生产工艺及特点,并设计了3根余热处理钢筋混凝土梁开展受弯性能试验研究。由试验结果可知,余热处理钢筋混凝土梁破坏特征与普通钢筋混凝土梁相同。通过将试验值与现行规范公式计算值对比得出:余热处理钢筋混凝土梁承载力和最大裂缝宽度可以参照现行规范公式计算;挠度应在现行规范公式计算基础上,乘以放大系数1.25。
This paper introduces the production process and characteristics of waste heat treated steel bar, and designs three bending test of residual heat treatment of reinforced concrete beam. The test results show that the failure characteristics of waste heat treated reinforced concrete beams are the same as that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams. Comparing the experimental values with the calculated values of the current standard formula, the results show that the bearing capacity and the maximum crack width of the residual heat treated RC beams can be calculated by reference to the current standard formula. The deflection should be multiplied by the amplification factor of 1.25 based on the current standard formula calculation.
