用聚醚多元醇(POP)N303与Na基蒙脱土(MMT)制备出聚醚插层蒙脱土。经热失重分析及X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明聚醚已进入蒙脱土层间;将聚乙烯(PE)与聚醚插层蒙脱土熔融复合,制得了分散效果良好的纳米复合材料,经塑料注射成型机压片制样,测试复合材料的力学性能。结果显示:添加有机蒙脱土的质量分数为3%时,复合材料的抗拉强度有所提高。
Polyether-intercalated montmorillonite was prepared by polyether polyol (POP) N303 and Na-montmorillonite (MMT). Thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests showed that the polyether had entered into the montmorillonite interlayer. The polyethylene (PE) and the polyether intercalated montmorillonite were melt-mixed to prepare the nanocomposite with good dispersion effect. The plastic injection molding machine tablet samples, test the mechanical properties of composite materials. The results show that the tensile strength of the composites increases with the mass fraction of organic montmorillonite being 3%.
