目的了解四川省马尔康县人群土源性线虫病感染率,为制定防治对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法按《土源性线虫病防治技术方案(2010年版)》要求进行监测。结果 2011-2013年共检查1 500人,检出土源性线虫感染者75人,均为蛔虫感染者,年平均感染率为5.0%,未检出鞭、钩、蛲虫感染者,2011-2013年感染率分别为6.4%、4.4%、4.2%。结论马尔康县人群土源性线虫感染率呈逐年下降趋势。
Objective To understand the infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Malcolm County, Sichuan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of control strategies and evaluation of control effects. Methods According to “soil-based nematode disease prevention and control program (2010 version)” requirements for monitoring. Results A total of 1 500 people were examined from 2011 to 2013. 75 people were found to be infected with soil-borne nematodes, all of whom were infected with roundworms. The average annual infection rate was 5.0%. Whips, hooks and pinworms were not detected, Infection rates in 2013 were 6.4%, 4.4% and 4.2% respectively. Conclusion The population infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Malcolm County is decreasing year by year.
