近来已开始将骨移植代用品羟基磷灰石(Hydroxylapatite)用于增高萎缩的上下牙槽嵴。使用羟基磷灰石存在的主要问题有,能否把材料置于一定的部位固定。作者介绍了一种置入羟基磷灰石以增高牙槽嵴并能防止材科移位的新方法。方法:在下颌双侧尖牙区各作一垂直切口,自切口向磨牙区分离,形成骨膜下隧道(图A)。之后将骨膜分离器放入一侧隧道并提起,在骨膜分离器下方,牙槽嵴上方,用缝合线穿过颊舌侧粘骨膜作多个水平褥式缝合(图B)。随后将注射器插入切袋中注入羟基磷灰石于骨膜下隧道。在所需要增高牙槽嵴的部位塑形。然后分别收紧褥式缝合
Recently, the bone graft substitute Hydroxylapatite has been used to increase the atrophy of the upper and lower alveolar ridges. The main problems with the use of hydroxyapatite are whether the material can be placed in a fixed location.
