通过对医药企业在人力资源利用效率的评价,找出企业在人力资源投入和产出方面的优势和不足,为企业优化人力资源配置以提高企业效率提供有价值的信息。本文选取四个人力资源投入指标和两个人力资源产出指标,利用数据包络法,以DEAP 2.1软件作为DEA运算平台,得出西南地区12家上市医药企业人力资源利用情况的综合效率、技术效率、规模效率,以及规模报酬状态,定量分析医药企业的人力资源利用效率。
Through appraising the utilization efficiency of human resources in pharmaceutical enterprises, it finds out the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in human resources input and output, and provides valuable information for enterprises to optimize the allocation of human resources in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises. This paper selects four human resources input indicators and two human resources output indicators, using data envelopment method, DEAP 2.1 software as a DEA computing platform, draw the comprehensive efficiency of human resources utilization in 12 listed pharmaceutical enterprises in Southwest China, technology Efficiency, scale efficiency, as well as the scale of return status, quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical enterprises human resources utilization efficiency.
