研究影响鱼类保肝中药复方提取效果的各种因素,确定最佳提取工艺。运用单因素试验考察溶剂倍量(A)、浸泡时间(B)、煎煮时间(C)和煎煮次数(D)4个因素对中药复方中君药丹酚酸B含量的影响。采用正交实验法,对水煎煮工艺条件进行优选。在所考察的4个因素中,对中药复方提取效果的影响程度依次为:C>A>D>B,即煎煮时间>溶剂倍量>煎煮次数>浸泡时间,确定最佳水煎煮工艺为A_2B_1C_1D_2,即10倍水量,浸泡0.5 h,煎煮时间为0.5 h,煎煮2次。本研究优选工艺设计合理,稳定可行,可为鱼类保肝药物的开发提供参考。
To study the various factors affecting the extraction effect of traditional Chinese medicine for liver protection of fish and determine the best extraction technology. The single factor test was used to study the effects of four factors, namely solvent volume (A), soaking time (B), decocting time (C) and decocting times (D) Orthogonal experiment method is used to optimize the process conditions of boiling water. Among the four investigated factors, the influence degree of Chinese traditional medicine compound extraction was: C> A> D> B, that is, decocting time> solvent doubling> decocting times> soaking time to determine the optimal decoction Process A_2B_1C_1D_2, that is, 10 times the amount of water, soaking 0.5 h, boiling time 0.5 h, boiling 2 times. The optimal process design of this study is reasonable, stable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the development of liver protection drugs for fish.
