At the end of the 19th century, under the influence of the theory of pastoral cities in the United Kingdom, the United States also gradually tried to construct suburban garden residential areas. In the 1930s, during the New Deal of Roosevelt in the United States, the new town construction took on the responsibility of resolving housing problems for low and middle-income families (aka “Hutu Tulve Plan”). The operation process even carries the shadow of a planned economy and is called “a communist town.” Radburn Town in New Jersey, USA, is a model for Metro construction during this period. In 1932, Wright proposed the concept of a city of broad acres, and he advocated the diffusion of urban space to the countryside. This was the beginning of a real rapid suburbanization and new city development in the United States.
