目的建立采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定不同产地牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚在0.046~9.200μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r为0.9996),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.16%。结论本法简便、快捷、重复性好,可用于不同产地牡丹皮药材中丹皮酚的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in moutan bark of different habitats. Methods Hypersil ODS2 C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water (45:55) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results Paeonol showed a good linearity (r = 0.9996) in the range of 0.046-9.200μg / L with an average recovery of 99.3% and RSD of 2.16%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used for the determination of paeonol in medicinal materials of Cortex Moutan from different areas.
