[目的]了解暗娼性病/艾滋病知识和高危行为的特征。[方法]采取整群随机抽样方法抽取265名暗娼,进行面对面无关联匿名问卷调查。[结果]暗娼年龄小,文化程度低,流动性大。第1次性生活时年龄最小的11岁,16～30岁占87.92%。性伴侣数多,过去1个月有83.40%(221人)曾经与2个以上的人发生过性关系,发生商业性行为时每次都用安全套占27.92%。89.06%的人半年内有过生殖器异常,只有53.59%人到正规的医疗机构就诊。艾滋病预防知识总知晓答对率只有72.73%,艾滋病预防措施总答对率为52.24%。[结论]南宁市暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率低,首次性交年龄小,多性伴,安全套使用率低,必须加大宣传教育力度,加强高危行为的干预。
[Objective] To understand the characteristics of STD / AIDS knowledge and risk behaviors among commercial sex workers. [Methods] A total of 265 SWs were recruited by cluster random sampling method to conduct face-to-face unanalyzed questionnaire. [Results] The sex workers are young, have a low level of education and have great liquidity. The youngest when you first sex 11 years old, 16 to 30 years old accounted for 87.92%. 83.40% (221 people) had sex with more than two people in the past month, and condoms accounted for 27.92% each time they did business. 89.06% had genital abnormalities in half a year, only 53.59% of them came to the regular medical institutions. AIDS prevention knowledge is always aware of the correct rate of 72.73%, AIDS prevention measures total response rate of 52.24%. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among FSWs in Nanning City is low, and the first sexual intercourse has a small age, multiple sex partners and condom use rate. Therefore, it is necessary to step up publicity and education efforts and strengthen intervention in high-risk behaviors.
