1997~ 1999年从湖北省襄樊、黄冈、荆州、宜昌等主要麦区小麦纹枯病病株标样上分离获得丝核菌 6 5株 ,其中双核丝核菌 43株 ,多核丝核菌 2 2株。将所得菌株分别与双核和多核丝核菌融合群国际标准菌株进行融合测试表明 ,湖北省小麦纹枯病病原菌属于Rhizoctoniacerealis的AGD融合群和R .solani的AG5、AG4 、AG2 2ⅢB、AG1 ⅠC融合群 ,相应菌株数分别为 43、12、6、2、2 ;各菌株间致病力存在明显差异 ;菌丝融合群间致病力不同 ,AGD、AG5、AG4 、AG2 2ⅢB、AG1 ⅠC融合群在鄂麦 12上的平均病级值分别为 2 .38、2 .15、2 .0 2、1.0 4、0 .44。
From 1995 to 1999, 65 strains of Rhizoctonia were isolated from the samples of wheat sheath blight disease in the main wheat areas of Xiangfan, Huanggang, Jingzhou and Yichang in Hubei Province, including 43 strains of Rhizoctonia solani and 22 strains of Rhizoctonia multocida Strain. The results showed that the pathogen of wheat sharp eyespot in Hubei Province belonged to AGD fusion group of Rhizoctoniacerealis and AG5, AG4, AG2 2 Ⅲ B and AG1 Ⅰ C fusion group of R. solani , The corresponding strains were 43,12,6,2,2 respectively; There were significant differences in the pathogenicity among the isolates; the pathogenicity of the mycelium fusion groups was different. The AGD, AG5, AG4, AG2 2 Ⅲ B and AG1 Ⅰ C fusion groups were Emai 12 on the average disease grade values were 2.38,2 .15,2. 02,1.0 4,0 .44.
