目的:探讨超声及彩色多普勒血流显像诊断喉癌的应用价值。方法:经颈部直接扫查10例喉部癌肿,观察高频声像图中肿块的大小、形态、边界、内部回声,应用CDFI观察肿块内部及周边彩色血流并根据其丰富程度采用半定量法分级。结果:10例喉癌中高频超声检出9例,肿块显示率90%(9/10),绝大多数肿块为不均质低回声(8/9,占 89%)。肿块血流信号显示率100%(9/9),血流丰富程度以Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级为主。结论:超声能够清晰显示喉部正常组织结构。肿块检出率较高,结合使用CDFI观察肿块的血流信号,对喉癌的诊断有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. Methods: 10 cases of laryngeal cancer were scanned directly by neck. The size, shape, boundary and internal echo of the tumor in high frequency sonography were observed. CDFI was used to observe the color blood flow inside and around the tumor. According to its richness, Grading. Results: Nine cases were detected by high frequency ultrasound in 10 cases of laryngeal carcinoma. The mass showed 90% (9/10). The vast majority of masses were heterogeneous hypoechoic (8/9, 89%). The mass flow signal showed 100% (9/9), and the degree of blood flow was mainly Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Conclusion: Ultrasound can clearly show the normal tissue structure of the throat. High detection rate of tumor, combined with the use of CDFI observation of tumor blood flow signal, the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer has a higher value.
