讷河市全胜水稻试验站属黑龙江省第三积温带，经过多年的试验观察得出水稻需水量最多的时期是分蘖期、拔孕期。日需水强度最大的时期是拔孕期，次之是分蘖期和抽开期。由于逐年的产量不同，需水量也有较大的差别，其平均需水量在５００ｍｍ左右，渗漏量是２７７．５ｍｍ。
Nehe City, Quansheng rice test station is the third accumulated temperate zone in Heilongjiang Province, after years of experimental observation that the maximum water demand of rice is the tillering stage, during pregnancy. Daily water intensity is the largest period of pregnancy, followed by the tillering and pumping period. Due to the different annual output, water demand also has a big difference, the average water demand is about 500mm, the leakage is 277.5mm.
