我省健康成人ＨＢｓＡｇ携带者普查结果占１２．５％，为了减少做胃镜造成ＨＢｓＡｇ交叉感染把ＨＡＩ降低到最低限度，我们用５００ｐｐｍＣＴＰ强力洗消剂及金星第四代消毒粉海绵块擦拭消毒法，对胃镜进行现场消毒试验，结果表明：胃镜带菌率分别由消毒前的６８．０％和７０．０％降低到４．０％和５．０％，ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性率由１０．０％和１２．０％转为阴性。其效果优于临床上常用的０．１％洁尔灭和０．５％洗必泰浸泡消毒法
HBsAg carriers in healthy adults in our province accounted for 12.5% of the survey population. To reduce HBsAg cross-infection caused by gastroscopes to minimize HAI, we use 500ppm CTP strong decontamination agent and Venus fourth generation disinfectant powder sponge to wipe disinfection. The on-site disinfectant test was performed on gastroscopes. The results showed that the colonoscopy prevalence rate decreased from 68.0% and 70.0% before disinfection to 4.0% and 5.0% respectively, and the HBsAg positive rate was from 10.0% and 12.0%. 0% turns negative. The effect is better than the commonly used clinical 0.1% benzalkonium chloride and 0.5% chlorhexidine immersion disinfection method
