采用正交法试验分析了水灰比、水泥用量和骨料级配三个配合比因素对无砂大孔生态混凝土抗压强度、连通孔隙率、沉浆面积率的影响。结果表明:骨料级配和水泥用量是影响这三个应用性能技术指标的重要因素。用骨料级配为10~20mm的碎石作粗骨料,水泥用量为150kg/m3和水灰比为0.40进行配合比设计,可使无砂大孔生态混凝土获得良好的工程应用性能。试验表明用骨料级配为5~15mm的碎石作粗骨料,水泥用量为150kg/m3和水灰比为0.35进行配合比设计,可使无砂大孔生态混凝土获得较好的耐久性能。
The effects of water-cement ratio, cement content and aggregate gradation on the compressive strength, interconnected porosity and sediment area ratio of macroporous non-porous ecological concrete were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results show that the aggregate gradation and the amount of cement are important factors affecting the performance of the three application performance indicators. The gravel with 10-20mm aggregate gradation is used as coarse aggregate, the cement dosage is 150kg / m3 and the water-cement ratio is 0.40, which can make the engineering application performance of macroporous ecological concrete without sand. The test shows that the graded aggregate with 5 ~ 15mm gravel as the coarse aggregate, the cement content of 150kg / m3 and the water-cement ratio of 0.35 for the mix design, can make the macroproject ecological concrete get better durability .
