目的:探讨马蹄金石油醚提取物对四氯化碳(CCl4)、扑热息痛(APAP)致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用CCl4、APAP造成小鼠急性肝损伤,连续灌胃马蹄金石油醚提取物8 d后,测定小鼠血清酶学、甘胆酸等相关指标,并观察肝脏病理切片变化。结果:马蹄金石油醚提取物各剂量对CCl4、APAP引起小鼠血清转氨酶(ALT、AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)升高呈不同程度降低作用,亦降低升高的血清甘胆酸(CG)含量,病理检查显示用药组肝损伤较模型组明显减轻。结论:马蹄金石油醚提取物对急性肝损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Dichondra repens extract on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and paracetamol (APAP) in mice. Methods: Acute hepatic injury was induced in mice by CCl4 and APAP. Serum enzymology, glycocholic acid and other related indexes were measured after continuous administration of petroleum ether extract of Dichondra repens 8 days. The changes of hepatic pathological changes were also observed. Results: Diodonte Houttuynis Eupatorium extract could reduce the levels of ALT and ALP in CCl4 and APAP mice to a certain extent and decrease the level of serum glycocholic acid ( CG) content, pathological examination showed that the treatment group of liver injury significantly reduced compared with the model group. Conclusion: Dichondra oil ether extract has a protective effect on acute liver injury in mice.
