E.Bowles在文献[1][2]中所述环形基础的计算方法及洪建国同志在本刊1981年第2期,文献[3]中所述的改进方法,均未考虑扭矩及弯矩随截面位置改变而方向改变的影响,这在柱数较少时,计算结果偏小,按文[3]四柱环形基础的例子,柱间跨中弯矩M_2偏小10%(见本文算例),若为三柱环形基础,误差更大,这在设计中是不允许的。当柱数较多时,文[1][2][3]的计算方法误差不大,但等分的单元数要增加,否则不能反映弹性地基上土反力间的
