“标准驱动(standards-driven)”的课程改革模式是国际课程改革的标准模式,其标准的制定既能代表国家对人才培养的总体要求,又能作为课程目标制定、执行、评价的主要依据。为了进一步推广华文语言与中华文化、加强民族汉语言教育,2014年新加坡教育部制定出了《2015小学华文课程标准》,该标准既体现出中国传统语言文化的底蕴,又吸收了大量西方现代文化研究成果,是传统与现代的和谐交织,对我国完善高质量的学业标准有一定的借鉴作用。
