用恒压灌流、离体工作方式,高血压大鼠心脏受去甲肾上腺素(NE)损伤,第90分钟主动脉输出量降低50%;流出液中CPK活力为63.4u/L;心肌cAMP量锐减至正常组的25%。经依那普利治疗后,主动脉输出量仅降3.7%(P<0.01);CPK活力20.1u/L,心肌cAMP接近正常组。
Myocardial cortical output was reduced by 50% with constant pressure perfusion and ex-vivo working method. The heart of hypertensive rats was injured by norepinephrine (NE). The CPK activity in effluent was 63.4u / L, Sharply reduced to 25% of the normal group.
