对几种助催化剂在甲胺磷异构化过程中的应用进行了研究。结果表明:助催化剂甲醇的加入可以有效地抑制副反应,提高甲胺磷异构化过程的选择性;加入助催化剂离子交换树脂,可使甲胺磷原油含量达72%以上;助催化剂分子筛的加入可以有效地提高甲胺磷异构化过程的反应速度和收率,甲胺磷原油含量达74%,收率达86%。助催化剂D及E也可以使甲胺磷收率达85%以上,并且能保证甲胺磷贮存过程当中比较稳定。
The application of several promoters in methamidophos isomerization process was studied. The results showed that adding cocatalyst methanol can effectively inhibit the side reaction and improve the selectivity of methamidophos isomerization process. Adding cocatalyst ion exchange resin can make methamidophos crude oil content more than 72% Adding can effectively improve the rate of methamidophos isomerization process and the yield, methamidophos crude oil content of 74%, the yield of 86%. Catalyst D and E can also make methamidophos yield of more than 85%, and can guarantee methamidophos storage process more stable.
