某村经几番周旋决定由外商投入设备和该村合资办厂。不料在筹建中,外商却以设备涨价为由,多次要求该村追加投资或减少设备数量。该村合资办厂心切,只得满足对方要求。最后,厂是办成了,但外商投资额却大大减少,且大部分是倒卖设备的赚头。急于办厂的诚实农民,着实被老外“坑”了一把。当地另一家国营企业也遇到上述情况,由于他们有较丰富的投资经验,敏锐她意识到要被“坑”,于是采用恰当的方式和合理合法的谈判,迫使对方拿出诚意合资办厂。
