首次提出了盐酸洛美沙星的间接原子吸收分析方法。它是基于盐酸洛美沙星在适当的酸度条件下与雷氏盐反应生成不溶性络合物 ,利用测定沉淀剂中铬的量来间接确定盐酸洛美沙星的量。与UV法相比 ,相对偏差小于 1 .3%。线性范围为 80~ 40 0μg· m L-1,回收率为 1 0 1 %~ 1 0 2 %。
Indirect atomic absorption spectrometry for lomefloxacin hydrochloride was first proposed. It is based on lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the appropriate acidity conditions with the Ray’s salt to generate insoluble complexes, the determination of the amount of chromium in the precipitant to indirectly determine the amount of lomefloxacin hydrochloride. Compared with the UV method, the relative deviation is less than 1.3%. The linear range was 80 ~ 40 0 μg · m L-1, and the recovery rate was 110% ~ 102%.
