目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗乳癌的可行性和有效性。方法 本文采用重庆医科大学医学超声工程研究所设计和研制的HIFU治疗机 ,为 7例患者进行了HIFU定点辐照。 5例患者辐照后分别于 1d、5d、6d、14d、4个月行乳癌根治术或乳房部分切除术 ,通过组织病理学观察HIFU对肿瘤的破坏情况。结果 HIFU辐照后肿瘤组织全部被破坏。结论 HIFU作为乳癌局部治疗是安全和有效的 ,但不能用于腋窝淋巴结转移的治疗 0。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods The HIFU treatment machine designed and developed by the Institute of Medical Ultrasound Engineering of Chongqing Medical University was used in this study. HIFU irradiation was performed on 7 patients. Five patients underwent radical mastectomy or partial breast resection at 1d, 5d, 6d, 14d, and 4 months after irradiation, and histopathological observations of HIFU’s damage to the tumor. Results After HIFU irradiation, the tumor tissue was completely destroyed. Conclusions HIFU is safe and effective as a local treatment for breast cancer, but it cannot be used for the treatment of axillary lymph node metastasis.
