以野生蔬菜实葶葱种子为试材,研究了不同浓度的H2O2、KNO3和H2SO4溶液及不同浸种时间对实葶葱种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的3种化学药剂对实葶葱种子的萌发效果不同;H2O2浓度的增加和时间的延长对葶葱种子萌发有明显的抑制作用,对照与H2O2各处理之间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);KNO3处理的效果最佳,能明显提高种子的萌发率,其中以浸种12h、0.5%KNO3处理的效果最为显著,高于对照16.66%,其种子的发芽率显著高于对照及其它处理;H2SO4处理对实葶葱种子的萌发没有明显的促进作用。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of H2O2, KNO3 and H2SO4 solution and different soaking time on the seed germination of Allium mongolicum. The results showed that different concentrations of three chemicals had different effect on seed germination of Allium mongolicum. The increase of H2O2 concentration and prolongation of time significantly inhibited the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds, and there was a significant difference between the two treatments (P <0.01). KNO3 treatment had the best effect and could obviously improve the seed germination rate. The seed germination rate was significantly higher than that of the control (12.6%, 0.5% KNO3, 16.66% And other treatments; H2SO4 treatment did not significantly promote the germination of Allium mongolicum seeds.
