本文主要探讨人精液酸性磷酸酶(ACP)对B淋巴细胞功能的影响。体内实验:实验组小鼠(BALB/c)预先经腹腔注射纯化的人精液ACP,对照组小鼠以等量生理盐水代替,随后用SRBC免疫各小鼠,于免疫后d5进行溶血空斑试验和血清抗体凝集效价测定。体外实验;各小鼠先用SRBC免疫,随后取出脾脏细胞;实验组细胞加入人精液ACP,对照组加入等量生理盐水,作用24h,进行溶血空斑试验。结果表明,人精液ACP在体内外均能明显抑制实验组小鼠的溶血空斑数目和血清抗体的凝集效价,与对照组相比,P<0.01。提示人精液ACP具有免疫抑制作用:能抑制小鼠B淋巴细胞产生特异性抗体的免疫应答能力。
This article focuses on human sperm acid phosphatase (ACP) on B lymphocyte function. In vivo experiments: The experimental group of mice (BALB / c) were previously injected intraperitoneally purified human sperm ACP, the control group mice were replaced with an equal volume of saline, then the mice were immunized with SRBC, after immunization d5 hemolysis plaque test And serum antibody agglutination titer. The results showed that human semen ACP could significantly inhibit the number of hemolytic plaque and the agglutination titer of serum antibody in experimental group compared with the control group, P <0.01. Tip human sperm ACP has immunosuppressive effect: can inhibit the mouse B lymphocytes produce specific antibody immune response capacity.
