炉内燃烧切圆是四角布置燃烧锅炉衡量炉内燃烧空气动力场结构是否合理的一个重要参数,该文根据以往的研究成果,在截面温度场重建的基础上,提出了截面温度场中心的概念及其计算方法,通过温度场中心在炉膛截面上的位置来反映炉内切圆的分布情况,为进行燃烧调整提供了一个直观依据。并通过引入BP神经网络技术,实现了从炉膛火焰图象到温度场中心的快速映射,克服了温度场重建耗时的不足,满足了现场运行实时监控的要求。
According to the previous research results, based on the reconstruction of temperature field in section, the concept of section temperature field center is put forward And its calculation method, the distribution of the tangential circle in the furnace is reflected by the position of the temperature field center on the cross section of the furnace, providing an intuitive basis for adjusting the combustion. By introducing the BP neural network technology, the fast mapping from the flame image in the hearth to the center of the temperature field is realized, which overcomes the shortcoming of the time consuming reconstruction of the temperature field and meets the requirements of real-time monitoring in the field.
