本文对振动式排种器进行了理论与实验研究。分析了这种排种器的各运动参数对排种效果的影响。同时提出了振动盒供种的新方案,并研究了它的供种规律。在此基础上设计了振盒供种振动式排种器。这种新的振动式排种器由于采用了振动盒供种,使排种精度有了提高。试验结果表明:振动式排种器适用于精播各种复杂形状的中小粒种子。不仅播种精度高,且毫不伤种。该排种器的另一个特点是结构简单,不需传动装置。
In this paper, vibrating seed metering device was studied theoretically and experimentally. The effects of various parameters of this kind of seed metering device on seeding efficiency were analyzed. At the same time, a new scheme of supplying vibrating box was put forward and its law of supplying seeds was studied. On the basis of this, we design a vibrating box for vibrating seed metering device. This new vibratory-type seed metering device uses a vibrating box for seed metering, resulting in improved seed accuracy. The test results show that the vibrating seed metering device is suitable for the sowing of small and medium-sized seeds of various complex shapes. Not only sowing precision, and no injuries. Another feature of the device is the simple structure, without gear.
