以超高泵送C40混凝土为研究对象,通过总胶凝材料用量、硅灰掺量、水胶比等参数调整进行浆体流动度与分层度对比试验,确定总胶凝材料用量、水胶比以及硅灰在超高泵送C40浆体中的作用,进而在混凝土配合比中通过硅灰掺量对比试验,确定工程应用配合比。总胶凝材料用量450kg,硅灰掺量2%,水胶比0.32的混凝土,泵送高度250m,泵送平均压力14.1MPa,超高泵送施工顺利。
