煤炭行业是国家能源的主要来源之一,与此同时它也是国家经济的重要支柱之一。构成煤炭的有机质的元素主要有诸如碳、氢、氧、氮和硫等等,除此之外,还有极少量的磷、氟、氯以及砷等元素。火电燃煤机组的动力能源主要来自煤炭燃烧所产生的强大热能,但是使用煤炭进行工业生产作业时不可避免的产生一定程度的煤炭污染。鉴于煤炭污染排放物对环境会造成不同程度的污染,我国出台的《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计(2014-2002年)》和新版的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》均对火电燃煤机组的烟气污染物排放提出了超低排放要求,并给出了具体的排放限值。为了实现烟气污染物的超低排放,脱硫除尘一体化技术越来越受到火电行业的重视。本文以江苏某化工厂为例,分析脱硫除尘一体化技术在燃煤机组超低排放改造中的现状。
The coal industry is one of the major sources of national energy and at the same time it is one of the pillars of the national economy. The main energy source of thermal power coal-fired units comes from the powerful thermal energy produced by coal combustion, but some degree of coal pollution will inevitably occur when using coal for industrial production. In view of coal pollution emissions to the environment will cause varying degrees of pollution, China’s “Coal and electricity emission reduction upgrade and transformation action plan (2014-2002)” and the new “Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emissions Standards” are thermal power Low-emission requirements for flue gas emissions from coal-fired units are proposed and specific emission limits are given. In order to achieve ultra-low emissions of flue gas pollutants, desulfurization dust integrated technology more and more attention by the thermal power industry. In this paper, a chemical plant in Jiangsu as an example, the integration of desulphurization and dust removal technology in ultra-low emissions coal-fired units in the status quo.
