目的研究历节胶囊对佐剂型关节炎大鼠外周血淋巴细胞中Fas和FasL基因表达的影响。方法以佐剂型关节炎大鼠作为实验研究对象,通过实时荧光定量PCR的方法,半定量检测该药对外周血淋巴细胞Fas和FasL基因表达的影响。结果治疗组Fas基因表达均有不同程度的提高,但与模型组相比表达量无显著性差异;历节胶囊治疗组可以使FasL基因表达显著提高(P<0.05)。结论历节胶囊可以通过调节Fas/FasL介导的凋亡系统,诱导细胞毒性T细胞的凋亡发生,维持机体的免疫稳态,缓解因自身免疫所导致的关节炎症反应,使疾病得以向愈。这可能是历节胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lijie Capsule on the expression of Fas and FasL genes in lymphocytes of peripheral blood of adjuvant arthritis rats. Methods Adjuvant arthritis rats were used as experimental subjects. The effect of Fas and FasL gene expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The Fas gene expression in the treatment group increased to varying degrees, but there was no significant difference compared with the model group; Lijie capsule treatment group could significantly increase the expression of FasL gene (P<0.05). Conclusion Lijie capsule can induce apoptosis of cytotoxic T cells by regulating the apoptosis system mediated by Fas/FasL, maintain the body’s immune homeostasis, and relieve the joint inflammatory response caused by autoimmune so that the disease can be cured. . This may be one of the mechanisms by which Rhodiola capsules treat rheumatoid arthritis.
