目的探讨早期肢体运动训练对老年脑卒中运动障碍患者康复影响。方法选取2010年5月~2011年5月在某院接受治疗的56例老年脑卒中运动障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组和不附加早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组,每组各28人。两组患者均进行常规性的老年偏瘫运动障碍患者治疗和用药,附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组附加早期肢体运动训练辅助治疗,而对照治疗组则进行常规治疗之后不采取早期肢体运动训练治疗,比较二组的病人在接受治疗前后的1d、2d、3d的ADL值和运动功能还有肌力值。比较以上几种指标综合评定二组患者在进行治疗3d之后的总体疗效。结果二组患者在接受治疗1d、2d、3d后,ADL值和运动功能还有肌力值均得到有效的缓解,但是附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组在这3d的治疗中,附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组患者的ADL值运动功能还有肌力值检测值恢复时间明显比不附加早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组要快,恢复状况更好。通过对上述患者指标的综合治疗效果分析可得,附加早期肢体运动训练的治疗组治疗效率明显优于不早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组。P值均﹤0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论附加早期肢体运动训练可以促进老年脑卒中运动障碍患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of early limbs training on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with stroke. Methods Fifty-six elderly stroke patients with stroke who were treated in a hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group with early limbs exercise training group and control group with no early limbs exercise training , Each of 28 people. The patients in both groups were treated and treated with conventional exercise in patients with hemiplegia dyskinesia. In addition, the early limbs exercise training group was supplemented with early limbs exercise training adjuvant therapy, while the control group was not treated with early limbs exercise training after routine treatment. However, in the three-day treatment of early limb movement training group, early limb exercise training ADL value of the treatment group patients with motor function and muscle strength test value recovery time was significantly faster than the control group did not attach early limbs exercise training to recover faster. Through the analysis of the comprehensive treatment effect of the above-mentioned index of patients, the treatment efficiency of the treatment group with early limb movement training is obviously better than that of the control treatment group with no early limb movement training. P values were <0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Additional early limbs exercise training can promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients with stroke.
