目的:研究石杉碱甲胶囊对初中学生记忆和学习成绩的效能。方法:采用双盲法,按照心理健康正常、记忆商接近、同班、同性别的要求,将68例初中学生配对成两组,随机各给石杉碱甲胶囊2粒(每粒含50μg)或空白胶囊2片(含淀粉和乳糖),一日两次口服,4周为一疗程。以记忆商及语文、英语和数学以及上述三课均分为观测指标评定疗效。结果:石杉碱甲胶囊组疗末的记忆商明显高于空白组(P<0.01),语文成绩也明显提高。结论:石杉碱甲胶囊提高青春期学生的记忆和学习成绩。
Objective: To study the effect of huperzine A capsule on the memory and learning performance of junior middle school students. METHODS: Using a double-blind method, 68 junior high school students were paired into two groups according to the requirements of normal mental health, proximity of memory providers, same class, and the same gender. Each group was randomized to 2 capsules of Huperzine A (50 μg each) or 2 blank capsules (containing starch and lactose) are given orally twice a day for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Memory quotient and language, English and mathematics as well as the above three lessons were divided into observation indicators to assess efficacy. Results: The memory quotient of the Huperzine A capsule group at the end of treatment was significantly higher than that of the blank group (P<0.01), and the language performance was also significantly improved. Conclusion: Huperzine A capsule can improve the memory and learning of adolescent students.
