当前农村生产力发展不平衡,许多农民文化较低,农民劳动技能差,大多数农民致富增收的渠道和方法少,外出务工就成了增加收入的有效途径。大量农村壮年劳动者向外流动,无疑造成了许多留守家庭,留守家庭中的大多数是老人和孩子。他们的安全问题、生活情况令人担忧。为此,做好留守家庭工作是建设社会主义新农村工作中的重要一环,也是其题中应有之义。本文试就留守家庭存在问题、成因分析、及其影响和解决办法作一探讨。 Currently, there is an imbalance in the development of productive forces in the rural areas. Many peasants have a low culture, poor peasant labor skills, and most peasants have fewer ways and means to get rich and increase income. Migrant workers have become an effective way to increase their incomes. The flow of a large number of middle-aged laborers out of rural areas undoubtedly resulted in many left-behind families, most of whom were elderly people and children. Their security problems and their living conditions are worrying. For this reason, doing a good job of staying behind in family work is an important part of the work of building a new socialist countryside and also the proper meaning of its work. This article tries to discuss the existing problems of the left-behind families, their causes and their influences and solutions.
